Twenty-six Childcare Providers recently completed an accredited Certificate in the Environmental Health Officers Association Primary Course in the principles and practices of Food Hygiene.
The objective of the course is to provide food hygiene and create an awareness and knowledge of the necessity for and the importance of good food hygiene practices. Aine Lynch, HSE Environmental Officer is seen here (front right) with some of the participants. Through the Ballymun Partnership Childcare Providers Network the training was prioritized.
The Ballymun Partnership funded the training as part of a quality initiative to support local providers to comply with Preschool Regulations. Participants were presented with certificates in 2008
