An exciting opportunity has been undertaken by the Dublin Fingal Rotary Club for the local businesses of Ballymun! On behalf of Ballymun Partnership Ltd., the Fingal Rotarians wish to pilot a business owner mentoring programme. These mentors are established successful business people based in North County Dublin and drawn from a range of experiences and business sectors.
This is a tremendous opportunity for local people whereby they will gain invaluable insight beyond their own education and experience in their chosen area of business start-up. The Ballymun partnership will select suitable eligible companies and match them with appropriate mentors.
Mentoring programs are designed for the benefit of the business owners. Clients are encouraged to begin the relationship with specific goals and expectations. Benefits may extend far beyond what was planned, and may include for example:
